摘要
对青海湖裸鲤和花斑裸鲤的线粒体DNA细胞色素b基因进行了PCR扩增、克隆及其序列测定,得到的序列长度均为1140bp,但T,C,A,G含量有所不同。在青海湖裸鲤细胞色素b基因中它们的含量分别为355(31.1%),296(26%),305(26.8%)和184(16.1%),GC含量为42.1%,分子量为349693道尔顿(Dalton);在花斑裸鲤细胞色素b基因中,它们的含量分别为358(31.4%),294(25.8%),305(26.8%)和183(16.1%),GC含量为41.8%,分子量为349698道尔顿(Dalton)。
The base pairs that encode the cytochrome b gene of mitochondrial DNA in naked carp, Gymnocypris przewalskii Kessler and G. eckloni Hersenstein, were amplified and sequenced. The sequence length was 1140 bp for both species, but the contents of T, C, A and G in them were different. For G. przewalskii, the T, C, A and G contents of the sequence were 355 (31.1%), 296 (26%), 305 ((26.8%)) and 184 (16.1%), respectively. For G. eckloni, they were 358 (31.4%), 294 (25.8%),305 ((26.8)) and 183 (16.1), respectively.
