摘要
网络的出现为信息的传递提供了便利,也给信息安全带来了很大的隐患,随着各个领域对网络依赖程度的不断提高,使得网络信息安全成为一项复杂的系统工程。很多国家都从宏观角度建立了自己的网络安全战略规划,通过对这些国家制定的战略规划目标、重点、步骤、措施进行比较,借鉴发达国家的先进经验并结合我国具体情况,为我国网络信息安全战略规划提供一个总体思路。
The emergence of the network facilitates information transfer. But meanwhile, it brings about much more hidden troubles to the safety of the information. With the increasing dependence on the network in various fields, the safety of network information has become a piece of complex systems engineering. Many countries have built up their own strategic programmings for the safety of the network from the macroscopical aspect. The article intends to compare the objects, keystones, processes and measures of the strategic programmings of these countries, learn from the advanced experience of the developed countries, and analyze the practical environment of our country, in order to give a comprehensive suggestion of the strategic programming for the safety of the network information in our country.
