Setting up the Established Library Mechanism of Scientific Research which Lead to Vitalizing the Library

在阐述科研是促进图书馆可持续发展的驱动力的基础上,提出"科研兴馆"的策略,要实践"科研兴馆"策略,需要实现"六个转变"、"七个结合"以培养和构建一支具有科研能力的队伍和科研管理的机制。

On the base of the fact that the scientific research is a motivation to the library's persistingdevelopment,we propose the strategy 'using scientific research to vitalize the library'.In order to realize this strategy,we should carry out'six transforms'and'seven combinations'.So that we can foster a team with scientific research ability and establish a scientific management mechanism.
