摘要
高校档案人员的继续教育是21世纪高校档案现代化建设的基础和前提。鉴于当前高校档案工作人员的整体素质的现状和存在的明显不足,本文提出了对他们进行继续教育的对策。
The continuing education of university archivists is the basis and the premise of the modernization construction of the university archive management in the 21st century. According to the current situation and existing problems of the archivist quality as a whole, the paper puts forward the countermeasures of their continuing education.
