试论广东革命根据地新金融体系的建立

The Foundation of New Financial System in the Revolution Base in Guangdong

解放战争时期,革命根据地民主政府为废除国民党腐败的金融政策,解决财政困难,稳定市场,保护群众利益,陆续建立起了裕民银行、新陆银行、南方人民银行,并分别发行"裕民券"、"新陆券"和"人民券",建立了全新的金融体系,不但满足了市场需求,保证了财政稳定,而且抵制和打击了外币和敌币,有利于南方革命根据地金融事业的发展,成为新中国金融事业的重要组成部分。

During Chinaese War of Liberation ,in order to abolish the corrupt financial policy of the Kuomintang government, to resolve the financial difficulties and to stabilize the market and protect the peopleˇs interests, the revolutionary Government founded Yumin ,xinlu,and People's Bank, which formed the totally new financial system. It satisfied the market, kept the stabilization of finance and pushed out the foreign currency. It also benefited the development of financial business in the base area and became one important part of new financial business in China.
