摘要 教师职业道德规范是师德建设的重要内容。但"应然"不是"实然"。"应然"转化为"实然"的过程,就是规范转化为师德的过程,就是"德化"的过程、"德性"形成的过程。道德规范能否内化取决于人们对规范的认同,而对规范的认同又取决于人们对自己所在群体和所从事的事业的认同。有了这种认同,他才会形成对学校和事业的责任感,而有了这种责任感他才有可能把师德规范"内化"为自己的"德性"和"德行",从而成为一个有高尚师德的人。 The vocational moral norm should be the important factor in the construction of teachers' moral construction. But it is just a 'should be', not a 'have been'. The process from 'should be' to 'have been' is the process from norm to teachers' morality. It depends on peoples' agreement of norms weather moral norm can be internalized, and the aagreement of norms depends on the agreement of the courses that the people are taking. With the agreement in mind, teachers may shoulder the responsibility of the school and the course, and with the responsibility, teachers may internalize the moral norms into moral integrity.
