摘要 脑梗死的发病率和致残率高,目前的治疗手段均未取得满意临床疗效。骨髓间质干细胞具有多向分化潜能,在体内和体外可转化为神经细胞,对脑梗死模型动物治疗后可取得神经功能改善。bcl-2具有抗凋亡作用,转染骨髓间质干细胞后,细胞内bcl-2高度表达可减少移植后干细胞凋亡。文章就骨髓间质干细胞治疗脑梗死的应用研究进展及前景进行了综述。 Cerebral infarction has high morbidity and disability rate. At present, the clinical effectiveness of cerebral infarction is not satisfactory. Mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) has multidif-ferentiation potential, and can differentiate into neuron in vivo and in vitro. After the treatment of cerebral infarction in animal models, their neurological function can be improved. Bcl-2 has the a-bility against apoptosis. After MSC being transfected, the high intracellular bcl-2 expression can reduce the apoptosis of stem cells after being transplanted. This article reviews the progress in application study and the prospects of MSC in the treatment of cerebral infarction.
