摘要
采用程序升温、高纯氢气还原无定形磷钨酸盐的方法制备了活性组分为磷化钨的WP/γ -Al2 O3 催化剂 ,考察了催化剂对吡啶加氢脱氮 (HDN)反应的催化活性。结果表明 ,先混合后还原方法制备的WP/γ -Al2 O3催化剂WP2更有利于活性组分在载体表面的分散 ,且稳定性比较好。该催化剂具有较好的加氢脱氮性能 ,340℃时吡啶加氢脱氮率为 95 .4 %。
WP/γ-Al 2O 3 catalyst with tungstenic phosphide as the active component was prepared by reduction of the amorphism phosphorus tungstate in the presence of high purity hydrogen under the condition of programmed temperature. The catalytic activity of the catalyst for the hydrogenitrogenation of pyridine was researched. Experimental results showed that for the catalyst prepared with additional mixing before reduction, the active component could be dispersed well on the surfaces of carrier with a good stability. The catalyst obtained had an excellent hydrogenitrogenation capacity of 95.4% for pyridine. It was found that thiophene affects the catalytic activity of tungstenic phosphide heavily.
