摘要
采用纳米级柱撑插层载体制备烯烃聚合催化剂。载体比表面积为 72 1 2 3m2 / g ,孔体积为 0 4 5 36cm3 /g ,孔径在 4~ 4 0nm间分布。所得催化剂比表面积为 14 0 4 7~ 30 0m2 / g ,孔体积为 0 15 19~ 0 2 0 5 7cm3 / g及较宽孔径分布 1~ 4 0nm。对催化剂进行常压聚合考核及其影响因素研究 ,每克催化剂的活性为 2 0~ 10 0g/h ,适于烯烃聚合。
This paper describes a prop-up and intercalation technique to prepare a silicate/TEOS nanocomposites carrier for olefin polymerization. The carrier had surface area of 721 23?m 2/g, pore volume of 0 453?6?cm 3/g, and pore diameter distribution from 4?nm to 40?nm. Catalysts born on the obtained carries still had surface area of 140 47~300?m 2/g, pore volume of 0 151?9~0 259?7?cm 3/g with wide pore diameter distribution of 1~40?nm. Polymerization under normal pressure showed catalyst activity of 20~100?g product/h, proving the suitibility for olefin polymerization. X-ray characterization showed the formation of nano structure particles.
