本文以国内新发掘的日伪劳工挡案文献为据 ,首次对二战期间日本在华北设的诸多重要战备企业矿山的强征劳工体制与主要政策、特别是上述企业征用华北强制劳工人数与待遇作了详实论述与专题考证。

Using newly discovered archives and documents on the labor requisitioned by Japanese, the paper researches for the first time on the requisitioned labor system and policy undertaken by Japanese strategic enterprises and mines in North China during the Second World War, especially on the number of those labors and their treatment.
