论助学信用贷款

Notes on credit loan

以个人信用为担保的助学贷款是高校资助贫困生的重要举措,在实施过程中,诚信问题日显突出,值得关注。文章结合广州大学在操作过程中遇到的问题,着重从加强诚信教育,建立信用体系等方面进行探讨,并提出一些设想和建议。

Student loan_in_aid with credibility as the guarantor is an award_winning action adopted by institutions of higher education to assist the disadvantaged students. However, in implementing the policy, credibility problems arise, which has attracted wide attention.This paper studies the problems that Guangzhou University has come across and ends up with author's suggestions on placing emphasis on education of credibility and establishing a credibility system.
