摘要
中国社会工作专业人才培养正面临着诸多问题与困难,严重制约了社会工作的进一步发展。社会转型时期,中国社会工作专业人才培养应遵循需求回应、专业化与职业化、本土化取向、素质教育等原则要求。在全面建设小康社会的进程中,中国应建构专业理论,弘扬专业价值;以课程建设为载体,坚持全方位育人;搞好实习基地与督导制度建设,培养应用型人才;优化专业教学结构,建构教学方法体系。
The Chinese social worker training is facing some problems, which greatly impede the further development of social work. In such a transitional period, the training of social workers should follow the social feedback principle, the professional principle, the localization principle and qualification-oriented principle. In the course of constructing a well-off society in an all-round way, we should establish professional theories to promote professional values, educate students comprehensively based on curricular construction, and make a good job of practitioner base construction as well as supervising systems to train qualified talents, and optimize professional teaching structure to build a complete and scientific teaching method system.
