摘要
创造力的开发和培养是现代教育的根本任务,也是高学历小学教师素质结构的重要内容。教师创造力的高低直接影响到学生创造力的培养,它是现代教师工作成功的必备条件。创造力的本质与小学教师素质结构的诸多因素密切相联、相互渗透,因而培养创造力可作为提高教师素质的最佳突破口,以一点带动整体素质的发展。
The development and cultivating of creativity is not only the fundamental task of modern education, but also the key part of quality structure of primary school teachers who have received higher education. Teachers'creativity is an indispensable part of successful teaching. The essence of creativity and quality structure of primary school teachers infiltrate and connect with each other. As a result, cultivating creativity can be a good way to improve teachers'quality.
