浅议新课程改革中数学教师教学观念的更新

The Renewal of Teaching Ideas of Math Teacher in the New Course Reform

新课程改革要求教师要有改革意识 ,从理论以及实践上跟得上课程改革的步伐。过去的数学教学 ,忽视了学生的主体作用 ,致使许多该学生做的事情教师包办代替了 ,使学生丧失许多提高能力的机会。所以面对新课程改革 ,教师必须做一个明智的“辅导员” ,要树立“教是为了不教”的观念 ,倡导学生独立学习、学会学习 ,注重培养学生独立思考能力和自学能力 ,培养学生良好的思维习惯 ,激发学生学习兴趣。

New course reform requires teachers to have consciousnes of reforming, to keep pace with the reform from theory and practice. The past mathematics teaching ignored students' subject spirit, so that a lot of teachers did what ought to be done by the students , making students lose a lot of chances to improve abilities. So facing the new course reform, teachers must become wise “ counsellors'.At the same time,We should establish an idea of “teaching for no teaching ' , advocate students to study independently,and learn how to study.We should pay attention to training students to think independently and teach themselves, training students' good thinking habits, and exciting students' interest of studying .
