A New Exploration of the Civilian-run Secondary College Set up by Sichuan Normal University

四川师大在办学体制改革方面进行大胆探索,在率先建立全国第一所民办二级学院并取得成功经验的基础上,又多渠道筹集经费,不花国家一分钱,创建了占地1000多亩、资产达6.3亿元、包含五所二级学院、一个预科部和一个“大一基础部”的东校区,为我国公立大学创建民办二级学院探索出一条新思路,为构建公办学校与民办学校共同发展的新格局进行了有益尝试。

Carrying out bold Exploration with respect to the reform of school-running system, Sichuan Normal University first set up the first civilian-run secondary college in our country and under this foundation, has set up an 'East University Area' including five secondary colleges, a preparatory course department and a 'Fresh Student Foundation Department' without using a single coin of the state, thus it has opened up a new way to running secondary colleges.
