摘要
《民办教育促进法》重点应在“促进”上,应提出强有力的促进民办教育发展的措施。 其不完善处期待出台“实施条例”加以弥补。
The focal point of <Law of Promoting Civilian-run Education>hould lie in 'promotion'. It is necessary to put forward forceful measurements to promote civilian-run education and for this it remains to be remedied by making implementing regulations.
