论“大开发”背景下西部教育开发的优先性及其走向——一个西部地区“在场者”的教育思考

摘要 从工具理性的视角来看,西部大开发成败的关键在于以消除知识贫困为中心任务的西部人的现代开发。从价值理性来观照,西部人的现代开发本身就是西部大开发的终极目标和内容。这两方面决定了教育优先开发在西部大开发中的地位和意义。从西部地区的独特实际看,坚定地走民族多元文化教育、绿色生态教育、现代远程教育一体化的发展道路是西部教育开发的唯一选择。 From the view of implementil logos the key to success or failur e of great western Exploitation lies in the western Chinese modern exploitation. If viewed from the value rationality, the exploitation of the western Chinese i tself is the ultimate objective and content of Western Exploitation and the two aspects determine the position and meaning of giving priority to developing educ ation in the western regions of China. Considering the reality of the western ar eas, it is the only choice for us to persistently develop the ethnic multi-cul tural education, education of green ecology and modern distance education as a w hole.
