对宝应县三所公办名校改制的调查与思考

摘要 对江苏省宝应县三所公办名校改为民办的实践的全面调查表明,公办名校改制对当地教育产生了深远而积极的影响,有利于增加教育供给、促进教育均衡、端正教育行风、提高办学效益。借鉴宝应县“放优扶弱”的教育发展思路,对提高经济欠发达地区的办学水平、促进基础教育的均衡化发展都有着一定的借鉴意义。 The investigation into the system transformation in the three f amous schools of Baoying County of Jiangsu province reveals that the system tran sformation has produced profound and positive impact on the local education and is beneficial to increasing provision of education, promoting balance of educati on, taking a correct attitude to educational profession and raising the benefits of running schools. And there is a lot we can learn from the trend of thoughts on developing education in Baoying county, in raising the level of running a sch ool in the underdeveloped regions and promoting the balanced development of elem entary education.
