豫北地区黄芩总黄酮的含量测定

Determination of content of total flavone in scutellaria from Northern area of Henan

目的 测定河南省豫北地区黄芩中总黄酮的含量。方法 用 70 %乙醇加热回流提取黄芩中总黄酮 ,以紫外分光光度计测定其含量 ,并以芦丁为标准品 ,通过在 2 71nm处测定其铝配化合物测定其总黄酮的含量。结果 豫北地区黄芩干品总黄酮的含量为 8.96% ,平均回收率为99.18%。

ObjectiveTo determine the content of total flavone i n scutellaria grown from Northern area of Henan,and provide evidences for the clin ical application. MethodsThe total flavone was extracted from scutellaria by heating under reflux with 70% ethanol. The content of total flavo ne was determined by ultraviolet spectorphotometry,and compared with rutin as a standard coordination compound with Al 3+ at 271 nm.ResultsThe average content of total flavone was 8.96% .The average ratio of recovery was 99.18%.ConclusionThe content of total flavone from Northe rn area of Henan approximately meets with other products in this area.
