摘要
我国现行教学管理制度呈现出科层化、数量化和精细化的弊端,从而造成对人的自由、自主的压抑。究其原因,主要有三个方面,即权力控制的结果、制度化教育的结果以及管理者素质本身的问题。要变革这样的教学管理制度,一条可能的路径是,吸纳当代生态精神,走生态式管理之路。具体到教学制度上,就是要建立激励性的制度安排、多样化的立体组织系统以及网络性的沟通机制。
The current teaching management system has the drawbacks of being hierarchical,quantitative and detailed that have led to the oppression of man's freedom and autonomy, the reasons for which are the control of power, instituti onalized education and administrators' quality. In order to change the situation , one possible approach is to absorb the current ecological spirit and use the e cological management. As far as the teaching system is concerned, we should esta blish the motivating system arrangement,diversified stereoscopic organic system and network system of communication.
