摘要
电潜泵排水采气技术在国内外仍处于试验推广阶段 ,本文通过对电潜泵排水采气中关键技术 -离心式气体分离技术和变频控制技术的研究和相应装置的配置 ,满足了电潜泵在排水采气过程中对抽汲介质为气水混合物、泵的工况为气水两相流、生产方式为油管排水套管采气的特殊要求 ,取得了较好的增产效果 ,为电潜泵排水采气的进一步推广摸索出了一条新路。
It has been the stage of experiment to popularize for the technique of drain and production gas by electric submersible pump.This text satisfies the special demand of the electric submersible pump in drain and production gas when the medium of draw is the mixture of gas and water or the pump works in two form-flow of gas and water or the production mode is that vitta drains when cannula produces gas by researching the key technique of electric submersible pump in draining and production gas that is the gas separated technique of the type of leaving heart and the technique of controlling frequency conversion.It has obtained the better result in increase production by practice application in two well for over one years. It has fished out a new road for spread the technique of drain and production gas by electric submersible pump.
