In this paper, the design concept and characteristics of multifunctional teaching building and multimedia theater in Anyang Teachers' College are introduced. Based on the principle of the essence of people, the building is in harmony with the tradition of the famous city, famous person and famous college which reflect the characters of building with informational era .It tries to create the new style campus in 21st century.
