摘要
文章对资产减值准备的意义和作用及对资产减值的几项准备的会计处理方法、原则进行了阐述,明确了资产管理的实质重于形式。
This paper discusses the value and function of capital devaluation.It also introduces the methods and principles in dealing with them.The essential is more important than form in the managent of capital management.
