摘要
随着计算机技术的普及和国际互联网的建立与发展,网上购物已成为越来越多的消费者选择的方式,它以其快捷、方便、节约等优点给消费者带来了很多实惠,但同时消费者在购物时也将自己的隐私留在了网上。因此,如何保护网络中消费者的隐私权成为法律界研究的新课题。
With popularization of computer technology and establishment and development of
internet, net shopping has become a favorite mode of shopping by an increasing number of
consumers, which has benefited consumers considerably thanks to its promptness, convenience, and
cost-effectiveness. On the other hand, however, consumers have left their privacy on the web
while net shopping. How to protect consumer's right of privacy on internet, as a result, has
become a newly emerged problem to which legal professionals shall find legal solution.
