摘要
基因工程菌的生长条件研究在现代生物高技术产业化的发展中具有重要的意义.影响基因工程菌生长的因素主要有培养基组分、温度、pH值、溶氧量等.笔者分别就以上因素对基因工程疫苗菌株生长的影响进行了研究.结果表明该基因工程菌株的最适生长条件为37℃,进口LB液体培养基,pH8.0,200r/min,50mL锥形瓶装20mL培养基.
The research of genetically engineered vaccine strain has great influence on the development of biological high technology.At 37?℃,the growth conditions of genetically engineered strain were studied in detail including culture medium ingredients,pH,the rotate speed of oscillator,flask and so on.The result shows that the optimum cultural conditions were 37?℃,20?mL imported medium LB per 50?mL conical flask,pH?8.0,200?r/min.
