摘要
首先分析了织物紧度、孔隙率与透气性的相互关系。采用毛细效应测定仪测试了棉织物的导湿速率 ,并建立了芯吸速率曲线回归方程 ,同时对织物芯吸机理进行了理论分析。研究表明织物经向 (纬向 )的芯吸速率不仅与经向 (纬向 )紧度有关 ,而且与纬向 (经向 )紧度有关。紧度、孔隙率与芯吸速率呈负相关关系 ,而且孔隙率对芯吸速率的影响较大。在设计导湿、快干织物时 ,不仅要考虑纤维与液体的表面性能 。
The relation between air permeability and covering factor, air permeability and porosity are discussed. The capillarity effect tester tests the moisture conductivity rate of cotton fabric, then the curve regression equation of wicking rate is established and wicking principle is also theoretically analyzed. The results show that the wicking rate is not only relate to the warp cover factor(weft cover), but also relate to the weft cover(warp cover ). The wicking rate has negative correlation with the cover factor and porosity. The porosity has great influence on the wicking rate. Designing the moisture conductive and fast drying fabric, the author proposes not only consider the surface property of fibre and liquid, but also consider the influence on wicking property of fabric structure.
