摘要
介绍了根据渗碳试验碳浓度测试结果计算碳的扩散系数和传递系数及相关常数的原理和数学模型,给出了渗碳试验的设计原则,并利用C18钢渗碳试验结果,进行了数值计算。对计算结果的误差分析和实验验证表明,用本文提出的方法计算碳的扩散系数和传递系数是可行的。
The principle and mathematical model are introduced in this paper,which is used to calculate carbon diffusivity and carbon transfer coefficient on the basis of the results of carbon consistency after carburizing. The design principle of test on carburization is also presented. By using the results provided in references, the five parameters of carbon diffusivity and carbon transfer coefficient are calculated, and carbon consistency errors between testing and calculating data are analyzed. The results indicate that it is feasible to use the model to calculate carbon diffusivity and transfer coefficient.
