摘要
本研究对某6105型柴油机机体表面振动信号进行采集和分析,通过对测得的发动机正常运转和连杆螺栓松动两种情况下的时域波形的处理和比较,找出发动机连杆螺栓松动时信号的特征频率,为发动机的故障诊断提供技术支持。
In this paper, the vibration signals of the cylinder block surface of a 6105 diesel engine are sampled. With the use of microcomputer system, the signals of time domain are analyzed with frequency spectrum and power spectrum to find out the characteristic frequency when the connecting rod bolts come loose in order to provide technical support to the fault diagnosis of engine.
