摘要
根据生产实践经验,运用结晶器结晶原理,在生产20万t无水硫酸钠工程项目中,设计出一种合理、有效的新型结晶器,经过两年多的生产运行,产品产量、质量稳定,粒度明显增大,而且均匀。该技术既开发了无水硫酸钠产品的新品种,又为企业带来明显的经济效益。
According to the productive experience and the application of the crystal principle of crystal devices,a reasonable and effective device for crystallizing has been designed in the project of producing 200 000 t of anhydrous sodium sulfate per year.Since it was applied to the production more than two years ago the quantity and quality of the product have been stable and the size has been increasing distinctively and has been uniform.
