摘要
在制备的新型稀土摩阻材料中 ,研究了丁腈改性酚醛树脂粘结剂含量变化对材料性能的影响。结果表明 :在本文实验条件下 ,树脂粘结剂的含量对稀土摩阻材料的摩擦磨损性能有较大影响 ,当树脂粘结剂含量为 2 0 %时 ,材料的摩擦磨损性能最佳 ,并且分析了树脂粘结剂含量对材料性能影响的相关因素。
In the process of preparing a new type rare earth frictional material,the influence of resin agglomerate,thiokol modified phenol-formaldehyde resin,contents on property of friction material was studied.Experimental results reveal that the content of resin agglomerate has great influence on the friction and wear performance of rare-earth semi-metal friction material,and when its content is 20 %,the friction and wear performance is best.Relevant factors were also studied.
