Sm(i-OC_3H_7)_3改性P(MMA-co-St)研究

摘要 在氮气保护下 ,将三异丙氧基钐 [Sm (i OC3 H7) 3 ]直接掺到甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (MMA) /苯乙烯 (St)的混合单体中 (单体摩尔比 1:1) ,混匀后会形成凝胶体 ,经原位聚合后即得到掺钐的P(MMA co St)固体材料。研究表明 ,因钐离子与羰基很强的配位作用 ,导致交联 ,使聚合物的性能发生很大的变化 ,如耐热性、耐溶剂性得到了显著的提高 ;无粘流态产生 ,贮能模量明显提高 ;荧光光谱分析表明 ,该材料呈现钐离子的特征荧光 ,在所测定的范围内 ,荧光强度随钐质量份数增加而提高。当钐质量份数较高时 。 It was reported that a gel was formed by doping triisopropoxyl samarium in the monomer mixtures of methyl methacrylate and styrene ( monomer mole ratio was 1:1) in the protection of N 2 atmosphere. The modified P(MMA-co-St) copolymer doped with samarium was prepared by gel in-situ polymerization. The results showed that there was strong coordination interaction between Sm 3+ and carboxide ( C O) and resulted in the changes of properties of the copolymer. Compared with pure P(MMA-co-St), the modified copolymer had good resistance to heat and solvent and high storage modulus and there was no viscous state. Moreover, in the tested range of the concentration, the fluorescent strength of the modified copolymer increased with the increasing samarium content, and the modified copolymer was of transparence while the samarium content was more.
