摘要
以谢氏丙酸杆菌为菌种,大豆黄浆水为原料,进行了黄浆水预处理、斜面菌种活化、单因子试验、正交试验等实验,考察了不同的培养条件对维生素B_(12)产量的影响,选出了合理的发酵条件:接种量7%,糖浓度8%,发酵温度32℃,发酵时间为4天。结果表明,利用大豆黄浆水发酵生产维生素B_(12)既利用了废弃资源,又可产生显著的经济效益。
Propionibaterium shermanii was made as experimental strain and yellow plasm of soybean was made as raw material. A series of experiments of pretreating yellow plasm of soybean,activating slant strains,single factor experiment and so on were made. Effects of different culture conditions on production of vitamin B12 were studied. The feasible fermentation conditions are as follows: inoculation density of 7%, sugar concentration of 8% , fermentation temperature of 32C , fermentation time of 4 days. The result shows that producing vitamin B12 by fermenting yellow plasm of soybean not only utilized wasteful resources but also yielded prominent ecnomic proficiency.
