摘要
探讨了黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)液体发酵的最适工艺条件,在250mL三角瓶中装液量50mL,摇瓶转数为200r/min,发酵培养基起始pH为5.0,发酵温度为32℃,发酵周期为50h,酶活达到86U/mL。
The liquid-state fermentation optimal conditions of Asp. niger FH11 producing p-glucanase were obtained as follows: a 250mL triangle flash containing 50mL medium volume was kept shaking for 200r/min, at 32C , the fermentation initial pH 6. 0, the fermentation period was 50h. As a result, the activity of p-glucanase in fermentation broth reached 86 U/mL.
