摘要
采用高频熔样 ,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱 (ICP -AES)法实现了对陶瓷中的Mg、Ca、Fe、Ti和Zr的同时测定。对影响其光谱测量的各种因素进行了较为详细的研究 ,确定了实验的最佳测定条件。结果表明 ,方法的检出限为 0 .0 0 8- 0 .2 5 5 μg ml,回收率为 95 .14 - 10 7.72 % ,RSD小于 3.4 0 %。该法准确、快速、简便 ,应用于陶瓷的测定 ,结果满意。
It is reported in this paper that the high frequency fusion method decompose technique is used in the Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectromtry(ICP-AES) method determination of Mg,Ca,Fe,Al,Ti and Zr in ceramic.The various factors affecting spectrum intensity were examined in details.The optimum conditions for the determination is tested and discussed.The limit of the method is 0.008-0.255 μg/ml.The recycling rate ranks from 95.14% to 107.72% RSD is less than 3.40%.This method is accurate,quick-acquired and convenient.It is used in the determination of ceramic with the result is satisfactory.
