摘要
采用丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯磺酸钠(AS)、丙烯酰胺基三甲基丙基氯化铵(AMPTA)共聚合成了一种钻井液处理剂。研究了pH值、引发剂、单体浓度、聚合温度对钻井液性能的影响,最后得出了优化配方。在此基础上合成的两性离子共聚物不仅具有很好的降失水效果和抗温抗盐性,而且有较强的抑制页岩水化膨胀能力。
A new amphoteric copolymer HTB was synthesized by copolymerization of acrylamide(AM), a- crylic acid( AA) ,allyl sulfonic acid natrium(AS) ,acrylamido propane trimethyl ammonium chloride. Polymeri- zation conditions such as initiator,pH,monomer concentration ,polymerization temperature were studied. The experimental results show the copolymer possesses fair good drilling fluid performances. The fresh water mud treated by 0. 3% copolymer keep low filtrate loss after rolling at 180℃ in 16 hours and adding 20%CaCl_2, adding 0. 2% the copolymer ,the inhibitory property is much better than that of 7%KCl.
