摘要
简述了酶工程研究领域的主要内容。包括酶的分离与纯化,固定化酶、人工合成酶、模拟酶、ribozyme、抗体酶、杂交酶、非水系酶等的开发与应用,基因工程和蛋白质工程技术、分子压印技术、酶定向固定化技术、酶化学技术以及极端环境微生物和不可培养微生物的新酶种等现代酶工程技术研究领域的新进展及酶工程的应用。
This paper presented a brief overview of chief contents of enzyme engineering research, including isolation and purification of enzyme, development and application of varieties of enzyme, such as immobile en- zyme, synzyme, enzyme mimics, ribozyme, abzyme, hybrid enzyme, nonaqueous enzyme, and new advances in modern enzyme engineering research such as genetic engineering and protein engineering, molecular imprinting techniques, oriented enzyme immobilizatin techniques, chemzyme technology, new enzymes from extremophiles and unculturable microorganisms, and applications of enzyme engineering.
