虾青素产生菌单线态氧NTG诱变育种 被引量:2

Studies on Astaxanthin-producing Mutants of Phaffia Rhodozyma by Singlet Oxygen and NTG

摘要 采用了单线态氧和亚硝基胍相结合对法夫酵母进行三次诱变处理,经过多次的初筛、复筛,得到了高产虾青素的菌株3-139,和出发菌株L-01相比,其类胡萝卜素总量提高了40%,从7.03 μg·mL^(-1)提高到9.83μg·mL^(-1)。虾青素的比率也从72%提高到78%.并且稳定性良好。 By means of NTG and singlet oxygen treatment, the astaxanthin-overproducting mutant 3-139 was obtained. Compared to the original strain L-01,the yield of total carotenoids was increased by 40% from 7. 03 μg · mL^(-1) to 9. 83 μg· mL^(-1) ,and the percentage of astaxanthin was improved from 72% to 78%, too. The genetic stability was good after five generation.
