摘要
员工是企业战略实施成败的关键因素 ,充分发挥员工的潜力是决定企业生存与发展的重要保证。要发挥员工的潜力 ,关键在于企业战略和个体目标在一定时期内保持动态相容和统一 ,在企业和员工之间形成一种互惠的关系 ,既节省个人成本和企业成本 ,又最终节约社会成本 ,从而保证企业战略目标的实现。
The crew of staff in an organization is the essence for the success of its strategy, so giving their potentials a full play constitutes an important foundation that ensures a firm's survival and development. This involves a dynamic compatibility and combination of the firm's strategy and staff's individual objectives to establish a mutually beneficial relationship between the firm and its employees. Such a relationship not only reduces costs to both the individuals and the organization, but also to the society as a whole. The realization of the firm's strategic goal is thus secured.
