摘要
民营企业已成为地方经济发展中一个重要的经济主体。但在县域经济中,民营企业要实现二次创业,完成质的飞跃,仍然存在有诸多的制约因素。因此,要从政策环境、社会服务、金融支持等几个方面给民营企业创造更大的发展空间。
Non-state-operated enterprises have become an important economic subject for local eco-nomic development.However,in the present county economy,there exist many restrictive factors,which hamper non-state-operated enterprises’advance in undertaking the secondary pioneering work.Therefore,policy environment creation,social service and financial support must be emphasized so that non-state-op-erated enterprises will present a more powerful development momentum.
