加入WTO后,中国纺织业要加速建立市场竞争机制,优化配置内部资源,积极开展科技创新活动。本文介绍了纺织企业科技创新,强调科技创新是纺织企业生存和发展之路。
After joining WTO, Chinese textile industry should set up the competition mechanism of the market, optimize and distribute insides resource, and also develop the scientific and technical innovation activity actively. It introduces scientific and technical innovation. It is emphasized that scientific and technical innovation is the way where the textile enterprises survive and develop.
