摘要
生态(有机)农业是现代农业和农业现代化发展的根本方向。大连要在2010年率先基本实现农业现代化,应该以生态(有机)农业为基础,把农业转为外向型、效益型的新形态,依此实现可持续发展的农业现代化。大连发展生态(有机)农业具备许多有利条件,同时也存在一些亟待研究解决的制约因素。
The Ecological Agriculture (Organic Farming) is the fundamental objective of the developing the Modern Agriculture and the Agricultural Modernization . Considering that Dalian will take the lead in realizing the modernization of agriculture on the whole in 2010, it should be based on the Ecological Agriculture (Organic Farming), make agriculture export-oriented, and beneficial, and realizes continuable modernization of agriculture. There are many favorable conditions for the development of the ecological agriculture (organic farming) in Dalian, as well as some restricted factors that need be solved promptly.
