虚拟经济源于货币资本的运行,并随经济和社会的进步不断发生深刻的变化。虚拟经济的发展来源于实体经济的需求,它一旦形成,便会对实体经济产生很大的影响。党的十六大报告提出要"正确处理虚拟经济和实体经济的关系",这为我国资本市场的进一步发展排除了理论认识方面的障碍,为实现我国"全面建设小康社会"的宏伟目标打下了坚实的基础。

Fictitious economy is derived from the operation of money capital, and changed dramatically with the progress of economy and society. Fictitious economy is developed to meet the needs of real economy, and once it comes into existence, it may have a great influence on the real economy. The report of 16th Congress of the CPC makes a demand for properly handling the relationship between fictitious economy and real economy, which away the obstacles of theoretical conceptions in front of the further development of China's capital market and lay a solid foundation for realizing the objectives of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
