摘要
研究了影响BaO -TiO2 -Nd2 O3微波陶瓷材料介电性能的机理 ,通过用Pb和Bi对BaO -TiO2 -Nd2 O3微波介质材料进行掺杂改性 ,得到了一种工艺稳定 ,品质因素Q值高 ,τf(谐振频率温度系数 )低 ,烧结温度较低 (12 70℃ )的微波陶瓷材料。该材料可用于制作介质滤波器及分米波通信设备用的小型。
The factors that influence the microwave dielectric properties of series BaO-TiO 2-Nd 2O 3 ceramics were investigated.By doping BaO-TiO 2-Nd 2O 3 ceramics with Pb and Bi,the improved BaO-TiO 2-Nd 2O 3 ceramics with high Q(1/tgδ),low τ f and low sintering temperature were obtained.This kind of material is used to make dielectric filters and miniature,light and chip components for communication equipments in decimeter-wave region.
