摘要
在硅微粉结合的SiC窑具中添加CaO -MnO2 混合矿化剂可显著降低SiC窑具的氧化度。实验表明用金斯特林格方程表征硅微粉结合的SiC窑具的氧化是不准确的 ,SiC试条的氧化可用经验方程来描述 ,当矿化剂添加量为 3 %时 ,测得窑具在 110 0℃下的氧化动力学方程为 :G =5 .2 3× 10 - 4τ0 .76 ,在 13 0 0℃下的氧化动力学方程为 :G =1.2 6× 10 - 2 τ0 .4 2 。
Add CaO-MnO 2 mineralizer to the SiC kiln furniture bonded with fine silicon powder can reduce the oxidation degree dramatically.The results show that it is wrong to use Genstleng equation to characterize the oxidation of SiC kiln furniture,but an empirical equation is suitable to characterize such oxidation.When the amount for CaO-MnO 2 mineralizer to be added was 3.0%,the oxidizing kinetic equation was:G=5.23×10 -4 τ 0.76 under the temperature of 1100℃ and G=1.26×10 -2 τ 0.42 under the temperatue of 1300℃.
