摘要
解决新时期我国重要农产品的供求平衡问题,既要有动态平衡的观念,又要有区域平衡的思想。同时,必须在进一步对外开放的条件下,采取新的综合性农业政策措施。
The solution to the supply-demand balance of China's important agricultural products involves not only a dynamic concept of balance, but also the idea of regional balance. Meanwhile, we should take effective and comprehensive steps to develop agricultural products under the condition of further opening to the outside world.
