摘要
人才不等于核心竞争力,要将人才的能力转化成企业的核心竞争力,必须重视心理契约,实施“精细化”管理,用“心”育人与用人。
The key for enterprises to compete in the opening market during the economic transition in China is how to agglomerate human capital. Based on the case studied, this paper analyses the psychology contract in the human resources management. The authors suggest that managing human resources subtly and improving the satisfaction of employees should be primary for enterprises to enhance the core competition.
