摘要
石家庄市电化厂80%的盐酸采用合成铁炉装置,并采用三级吸收法合成盐酸,存在吸收效果差、污染环境,成本高等缺点。采用四级吸收的闭路循环工艺,克服了以上缺点,从根本上解决了氯化氢尾气排放问题。
Hydrochloric acid in Shijiazhuang Ele ct rolytic Chemical Plant adpotes the synthetic iron furnace and three step absorpt ion method.The technology has some shortages:lower absorption effect,polluting surroundings and high cost.We adopt the technology of circulation in closed ci rcuilt of four step absorption,and solving above problems.
