HPLC法测定联磺甲氧苄啶胶囊中磺胺甲噁唑、磺胺嘧啶、甲氧苄啶的含量

HPLC Determination of Sulfamethoxazole,Sulfadiazine and Trimethoprim in Sul famethoxazole,Sulfadiazine and Trimethoprim Capsules

建立联磺甲氧苄啶胶囊中主要成分磺胺甲唑、磺胺嘧啶、甲氧苄啶含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。色谱柱为北京迪马公司钻石C18柱(25cm×4郾6mm,5μm);0郾05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液—甲醇(60∶40)为流动相;流速为1郾0mL/min;检测波长为288nm。磺胺甲唑、磺胺嘧啶、甲氧苄啶三种成分的回收率分别为100郾56%、100郾24%、100郾08%,RSD分别为0郾53%、0郾50%、0郾36%(n=9)。该方法简便,结果准确可靠。

To establish HPLC for determination of sulfamethoxazole,su lf adiazine and trimethoprim in sulfamethoxazole,sulfadiazine and trimethoprim cap sules.The analytical column was C 18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5靘),made by Beijing Dima Company.The mobil e phase was consisted of0.05mol/L phosphate monobasic solution and methyl a lcohol(60∶40).The flow rate was1.0mL/min.Detection wavelength was2 88nm.The average recovery(n=9)were100.56%for sulfamethoxazole(RSD =0.53%)and100.24%for sulfadiazine(RSD=0.50%)and100.0 8%for trimethoprim(RSD=0.36%).The method was simple,accurate and rel iable.
