摘要
通过实船腐蚀勘验、钢中夹杂物分析、室内间浸挂片和相关电化学腐蚀试验,对中山舰船体钢的耐蚀性能进行了较全面的检测,与此同时,还与现代冶金技术生产的同类B级碳素船体钢 3C钢在耐海水腐蚀性能方面进行了对比。结果表明,中山舰船体钢耐海水腐蚀性能比3C钢好得多;钢材的磷含量和固溶氧量以及夹杂物类别、形态、分布和数量上的不同,是造成两者耐蚀性差异的主要原因。
The corrosion behavior of hull steel in Zhongshan vessel was investigated by means of corrosion survey, inclusion analysis, immersion tests and electrochemical methods. Corrosion resistance of hull steel was higher than B grade carbon steel \| 3C structural steel in seawater. The distinction was mainly contributed to the difference of phosphorus content, oxygen content, and the morphology, distribution and quantity of inclusions in steel.
