摘要
目前工业锅炉是我国主要的耗能设备,设计合理的燃煤控制系统对节约能源,保护环境具有重要意义.设计了一种新的工业锅炉燃煤量测控系统,通过提出热量信号的概念并以其为参考量,快速准确地反映了锅炉运行工况,较精确地保持了负荷蒸汽量、给煤量、鼓风量和排烟量之间的合理比值;在一定程度上提高了工业锅炉的热效率,降低了排烟浓度,对锅炉控制的滞后特性有明显改善.
Nowadays industry boilers are the main energy consuming facilities in our country. It is of great significance for energy saving and environmental protection to devise reasonable control system of burning coal. The paper introduces a new control of the quantity of burning coal, in which the reasonable ratio of load of steam, coal amount, air amount and exclusion of smoke is precisely preserved. The thermal efficiency of industry boiler is enhanced to some extent and the lag trait in the control of boiler is improved dramatically.
